New building regulations introduced in England and Wales (in April 2005) require that all new replacement domestic gas boilers must be high efficiency ‘condensing’ boilers – we can advise on the most suitable condensing boiler for your home.
Apart from the substantial energy savings that will result from having a new boiler installed it’s also worth bearing in mind that older gas boilers can be dangerous; research indicates almost 1 in 10 homes are at risk from dangerous levels of carbon monoxide – the silent killer – due to old or defective gas appliances.
